today was quite a day .
morning when for badminton . coach was late for half & hour plus . had physical
-ran 4km
-10 sets of stairs
-4sets of 90degree 1min
-4sets of pumping position hold there for 1 min
coach was fasting . but jerry & marcus keep disturbing him & try to make him hungry . such evil ppl . chat with coach about my sch badminton girls team . will be playing singles in newtown . he always say this sentence " MIND OVER BODY " it really is all abt mind over body ^^v . sianzxc ! coach leaving in 2more weeks D: . his brother taking over . i comfirm will miss coach & his training lor ! aft badminton . headed home . at carpark saw dajie . she say she bring me go eat lunch ^^v . didnt bathe , straight away headed off . erjie also when along ^^ . i stink th whole damn car . LOL! eat alotalot ! when to outside sunset way there . ate hongkong food . super duper filling ! order alot alot ^^ . we use our daddy card to swipe ^^v . it has been ages since i when out with both my sissy out for lunch . chat throughout ^^ . change tuition timing with elizabeth cuz i cnt make it home on time . reach home , bathe & study all th way till 4.30 when tuition cher came . tuition ended at 6 . watch abit of TV den use com all th way till now. gonna offline soon . gonna study ^^v .

monday got science test .
thursday got chinese test & math test .
this week got history test . (dk when )
