morning had badminton physical .
was fun fun fun !
ran 4km , did 10 up & down stairs & other usual stuff .
walau , got 2 guys only need run 2.4km .
den me jerry , marcus , dickson run 4 km .
aft badminton , keep craping :D .
started playing water . LOL !

aft badminton headed home for tuition .
was like as usual .
den watch tv , when to sleep .
juliana call me inbetween but i didnt ans .
